Makan Lokal Programme
We are delighted to welcome Above The Line Sdn Bhd for the filming of the Makan Lokal programme, produced by TVS – TV Sarawak, at UNITI Republic. The featured dish is our Norwegian Salmon, a unique fusion of Japanese and local Malaysian flavors. The programme also highlights the cooking process and an introduction by our Head Chef, Chef Ole. We hope this collaboration will further showcase and promote the richness of our local food culture. Stay tuned for the programme launch, expected in 2026!
